Very nice Toombes, now open the door, I'm outside!

You must have your camo on... I looked but didn't see you anywhere.
All part of the plan, I locked the door and am already inside having a libation

Just make sure you clean up before you leave and don't use all the ice!
You know my training brother. Like I was never there. (with that being said, the remy may seem like colored water but it is all in your head)

What did I get today? Just the surprise of my life, that's all.

I'll post photos and tell you all about it tomorrow. By then maybe I won't be so choked up and the wedding I have to go to this afternoon will be over. My niece, Taylor Marta, is getting married today. She's the sister of Chase Marta. It's an emotional rollercoaster right now. I know you brothers will understand.

Much love to all of you,

I stopped at the local B&M today to see about how our deal on the cabinet humidor was going.
And he decided that I needed to try these 2 cigars. Free is a very good price. LOL!

There is a reason I keep going to this particular B&M. The local customers get treated very well, as is evident.

Both of these I have never had. I've heard good things about the Jaime Garcia and Berger & Argenti Mooch looks and smells really good.

Yesterday went to the B&M for a Perdomo event an decided on 2 boxes, Perdomo Exhibicion and Perdomo Habano Maduro. The deal was 6 free cigars and a Lotus Perdomo cuttter with each box purchase.
I also picked up an LFD Airbender, 2 A Turrent Corojo Puro, 1 A Turrent Triple Play Maduro, 1 La Casita Criolla. The Gran Habano was a gift from the shop owner for showing up to the event and a buddy gave me the RP Decade 10th Anniversary Limited Edicion.

    12 free Perdomo sticks

Congrats Dan! This is a fine champagne Cognac. This drink has been aged 10-37 years in matured oak cask. This aged liquor consists 300 types of eaus-de-vie that means colorless fruit brandies. This XO goes through long fermentation and double distillation process. There is also 15-20% of petite champagne spirits in it. as you know that cognac is a high quality brandy so drink it straight after a full meal. take your time to notice it's smell and appearance, take a very small sip just enough to enjoy the aged taste. The more attention you pay, the more you enjoy this fine drink. Try not to smoke cigar and drink it. Cogan is like a fine woman.

Many thanks, Rip! I have plans to drink a snifter for my birthday, but had already decided not to smoke with it. I didn't want one to detract from the other. Instead, I've chosen a nice Reisling to pair with the Trinidad.

Reisling from where - Californian or German? Reisling has nice floral aroma, dry and crispiness. German Reisling is slightly sweet, balanced with some acidity. Californian Reisling is more sweeter which will go better with the Trinidad or any other cigar. Reislings is always good with cigars, specially with a spicy cigar.

The Reisling is from a small winery in Sonoma, CA but the name slips my mind at this time. Sounds like I made a good choice!

Love Sonoma. Great wineries, restaurants and downtown and without a lot of the fuss of Napa.

I visited Sonoma a few times while I was stationed in Lemoore and could easily live there.
