    Grilled chicken breasts , fried potato's with a small dab of vinegar , corn from last years garden , and peas ... add salt , pepper , butter and enjoy .

    I've got a pork butt injected and rubbed, gonna make some Yummy pulled pork tomorrow. Goes in the smoker in the am, nice thing about a 4.5 lb bone-in picnic roast...doesn't take forever and a day to cook it right.

    Chicken Breasts with caramelized garlic & sage along with potatoes that baked in the skillet. VERY GOOD!!
