I love the day after Christmas !!!!!! No more shopping , last minute errands , anxietys over if someone will like this or that . No more being on a tight schedule to get every where you need or are expected to be . No more listning to complaining from everyone about some percieved slight or unjustness done to someone else .
The day after Christmas ... when you can return to being yourself whatever the he_ll that may be . Relaxing with a nice rum, bourbon , or a cold beer , not worrying about if the religious fanatics in your family ( well most familys seem to have at least one extremist ) are gonna give you that look . No more little ' helpful ' comments like - wow I'm surprised your still smoking cigars after your heart attack 2 years ago ! - Ahhh ... yes ... cigars !?!? Not only am I still smoking them I plan to smoke even MORE this year . And you know what , I'm going to enjoy the he_ll outta them !!! And yes my cardiologist DOES know I smoke them ... as a matter of fact he is an avid cigar smoker himself ... and I think I'll add to my bucket list that I get to smoke one with him sometime during the year !!!

The best christmas that I have ever had was yesterday, our daughters first one, with me, my wife and her. friggin great....and then we went to 3 others with our extended family, I left each one more and more pissed off from their stupid crap conversations, cousin who is now a *** and EVERYONE accepts her, other that me and my wife so we were shunned, 10 minutes at her moms because they were late for church, really, you have not seen your granddaughter in 6 months and you want us to leave so that you can go and not see her for another six months, piss on ya. My uncle died about a year ago and my aunt was not welcome to come over due to the fact that the friend that is now living with her is not liked, what the hell, she was not even comming. pisses me off. I wasted 4 hours of my life and time that I could have had with my daughter playing in the floor with her new toys and, I can't get those hours back, for this crap. My family ruins everything. Man I feel better. should move this to the "Things I hate" thread. -
