Nothing. It's 35 deg and raining here in Illinois. Gotta love this beautiful spring weather in the midwest. Doesn't look like much is going to change so it might be a while until my next cigar. This blows.

Had a Gurkha Centurian on my ride to work... still tops in my book. That cigar is legend.
On the ride home I tried to smoke a Cuba Libre Brute... that cigar is not my speed. Put it down an inch into it.

Just had an Artorius Toro... not bad, was light-years better than the cuba libre IMHO.

    RCY Cigars:
Had a Hoyo De Monterrey Epicure No.2. Was resting for 5 months. Was okay, needs more time, I think. Could be me though.
I think epicures do best with about 2 years of sleep

Just a little past the label right now. Not a ton of flavor change, the first inch was not impressive at all. Once you get to the sweetspot, its chocolate..coffee and leather. Spice is non-existant, maybe a tiny bit creeping in toward the end. The one I just puffed on had about two months rest, I'm not BLOWN AWAY but its a solid smoke for sure. Thats my opinion!

Thanks man. I think I'll let mine rest a little while longer. I love the chocolate/coffee/leather that you get from the PA broadleaf, and I can live without much spice, so I still may dig these...only one way to find out ;-)

Started with an Alec Bradley Quadrum 2nd... which immediately presented with the bitterness of crushed aspirin. Gave it 10 minutes and it didn't improve, so I chucked it and went to a Gurkha Legend.

Tonight was an Intenso Churchill with a glass of Laphroaig Quarter Cask! Nice pairing! Full bodied flavorful cigar with a VERY full and flavorful Islay scotch!
