I think it was a referrence to the same rules as the "fun and games rules", and in the fun and games rules it says you must wait 2 weeks before trying to win again.
But I think, I'm not totally sure, we have in the past bent the rules depending on participation. And it doesn't look like we have a very busy crows in the movie trivia pass. It wouldn't bother me any, but my cigar stock inventory is pretty full and I don't think I could handle too much in and out too often.0 -
