Quick question, know you went to school for HVAC.As I told you, my dad did HVAC/R work along with soldiering, duct work, electrical and a slew of other things...pretty much everything except plumbing. Is that taught in the courses you took? Was just curious because I was reading about how much a welder can make. I know welding and soldering are not the same thing, but was just curious because my dad never made anywhere near that much money.Might not be the most skilled work, but damn to people complain when their AC, heat and refrigeration don't work!

Yeah welding is very different! It does pay really well but it's also really bad for you. A lot of places will offer welding to you but I passed it up due to being a smoker already I don't need all the fumes. But if you really want to make bank look into underwater welding
