I could give two sk!t$ what the man does. Today my wife made Thanksgiving dinner for me! I was in Afghanistan for Thanksgiving and I missed out so ... she made it up for me. Any other day would have been great but we decided todays was a good day to bring Thanksgiving back. I'm still stuffed and there are lots of left overs! I should do some yard work but i'd rather just smoke a cigar and have a beer. Its Memorial Day right! I can do yard work tomorrow!

Sir, you have no idea what I did today. I was up at 7AM working as a volunteer at a city celebration honoring our war heros. I came home, lit a cigar and opened my computer and was greeted with those headlines. I didn't search for anything. It was was a headline. And in my opinion, the weasel did it just to snub our military and do it in front of our faces. Oh, and the second headline was that he has illegally placed ground troops in Libya. I'm just saying.

The P.O.S. also went to Arlington and hosted a breakfast for fallen soldiers families!!! What a freakin moron, he probably wished more were dead----or he may have been giving covert Islamic cues to the cameras for his REAL supporters. And to think he was the first president EVER to not give the whole day to the memory of the....oh wait, W was in Europe a few years back during Memorial Day and Reagan skipped the Arlington thing altogether about 20 year ago-------but I mean DAMN, at least these guys were born here and not hell bent on the nations destruction!!!!!

Secondly, you're rehashing he "ran on" or what you think he did. In turn, you are holding him accountable for every single action (which is fine, I understand that) but also using it as blown up propaganda and fodder every step of the way to show your displeasure. Lastly, what should he have done all day? Spent 24hrs with soldiers families? 24 hrs in a combat zone? 24 hrs in a cemetary? Biden was in the Hamptons over the weekend. Glad to see our leaders don't give a *** about Memorial day. Someone asked what should the Prez do for Memorial day how about this. Wake up go to Arlington make a speech lay a wreath show you care, take a trip to Bethesda visit with some Vets that were wounded have lunch with them, stop by a random VFW buy a round and let the Vets know you are sorry for anyone that has lost a life defending our country, drop by a random military base speak have dinner with troops, call it a night.

I mean my Memorial Day, we went to the beach, grilled, watched the National Memorial Day special on PBS (which was actually really nice), and had a camp fire in the back yard, then watched replay of UFC 130. My original plans were to play golf with the other 2 million people playing golf yesterday.

Obama did his duties as the President and then and enjoyed the rest of the holiday. I can find a million other reasons to not like him, namely all his policies, than to criticize him for enjoying his holiday on the links.

What about the guys working the golf course? Hospitals, gas stations, stores? Not everyone had the day off, mush less the funds to go golfing. Oh, and no one was allowed to golf on that particular course for the day either. The guy has played golf every weekend this spring. My wife wouldn't let me goof off that much.

Sounds like you had a very nice, relaxing day. How about Army Pfc. Anthony M Nunn? Who died in Paktika province, Afghanistan while he was playing golf? I know, I know, some one will always die while he is playing golf, or on vacation in Hawaii, or whatever... So how can that be a brought up as an argument?
Because he is the COMMANDER IN CHIEF of the military, that's how! They are his Men that are following his orders. It is his job to LEAD, INSPIRE, MOTIVATE, and be someone that others want to follow. As a Platoon Leader of 32 Soldiers, how would it look if I decided to skip my Soldiers memorial service to play a round of golf?
Am I saying he needs to make every memorial for every Soldier, Sailor, Airman, or Marine? No, but at least make something on Memorial Day...? I mean really? You are so detached from what is right for this country that you can actually defend this?
I would feel like Sh!t if I was caught golfing on Memorial Day while my guys were risking their lives under my command.

Actually I don't think he should golf at all. And I'm serious..... He has the job for 4 yrs minimum, 8 yrs max. We're involved in 3 conflicts in the ME. Economy is on thin ice. We just busted through the debt ceiling. I could go on and on here...... Most people who have a job for 30 yrs + only get to golf a handful of times. And I said the same thing about Bush.

Obama will have all the time in the world to golf in 2013.......
