Well as employment is on my mind lately - I know a lot of you saw my announcement thread, and I
really appreciate all the congratulations - I thought it might be interesting to learn the different lines of work we're all involved in. Some people like their job, others not so much...either way, share what ya wanna share! I'll go first :-)
So, as already stated, I just accepted a new position. Been in there a few days already, and I love it. I work for a company called
TCSE, Inc (The Customer Service Experts). We are a customer service consultation organization that provides site management services. I am now an Assistant Manager of Customer Service for two mall locations in my area. My responsibility is to ensure that our C.S. kiosk provides superior services, as well as to start integrating C.S. personnel throughout the malls to establish a greater level of customer service. In other words, my job is to: look sharp, maintain excellent relations with customers, mall management, and all of the stores, and make every single person I meet a little bit happier for our interaction. I love this job!
Note: I'm still a badass underneath it all...you know how I roll ;-)
